Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and right to use any content, materials, data, media, or assets they provide to nascode. Nascode is not responsible for verifying ownership, permissions, or intellectual property rights relating to client supplied materials.
Data Removal Requests
Clients who wish to request the deletion of their business data, platform records, or GPT/chat history can contact us through our official Contact Us page at https://nascode.com/contact/en. Upon proper business verification, the requested data will be permanently and securely removed from our active systems.
Third Party Services
Our services may involve third party tools, hosting providers, software, payment processors, advertising platforms, integrations, domains, plugins, APIs, or other external providers. Nascode is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, policies, errors, actions, or interruptions of third-party services.
Portfolio Use

Nascode shall not be responsible for delays, errors, losses, or damages caused by third party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, search engines, advertising networks, plugins, external software, client provided materials, user actions, force majeure events, or any matter outside nascode’s reasonable control.
No Warranty

Separate Agreements
