Overview

Reporting that changes something

Most marketing reports are archaeology: a screenshot of last month with no decision attached. Useful reporting starts with measurement that is actually correct, then answers one question — what do we stop, what do we scale, and what do we test next.

We fix the tracking first, because almost every account we audit is double-counting conversions somewhere. Then we build the dashboard around your commercial numbers rather than the platforms' vanity ones, and we run a monthly review that ends in written decisions.

What's included

Measurement audit

Every pixel, tag and conversion checked for double counting, misfires and gaps.

GA4 & server-side tracking

Events named consistently and sent reliably, so the data survives browser restrictions.

Dashboard build

One Looker Studio view combining ad platforms, site behaviour and your CRM outcomes.

A/B & incrementality testing

Structured tests on creative, landing pages and audiences, read on significance.

Monthly optimisation review

A working session that ends in written stop / scale / test decisions.

How we work

Measure correctly, then decide

  1. Audit

Read the current setup and list what is measured wrongly, with the impact of each.

  2. Rebuild

Fix tracking, standardise event names and reconcile platform numbers to your CRM.

  3. Visualise

A dashboard built for the people who make the budget decisions.

  4. Review

Monthly session, written decisions, and a test queue for the next month.

What you get

  • Measurement audit document
  • GA4 & tag configuration
  • Live performance dashboard
  • Test log with results
  • Monthly decision memo

The outcome

One version of the truth, monthly

Your team stops arguing about whose number is right. There is one dashboard, one definition of a lead, a clear cost per result by channel, and a monthly note recording what changed and why — which makes next quarter's budget an easy conversation.

Frequently asked questions

We already have GA4. Is this still needed?

Usually yes. Having GA4 installed and having it measure the right thing are different problems — duplicated purchases and untracked form submissions are the two we find most often.

Can you report on offline sales too?

If the data exists in a CRM or a sheet, yes. Closing the loop from ad click to signed deal is where reporting starts changing budgets.

How long does the audit take?

Two weeks for the audit and the fix list, another two to rebuild tracking and ship the dashboard on most accounts.

Do you work on campaigns another agency runs?

Often. Measurement and reporting sit above the buying, and having an independent read of the numbers is usually why clients ask.
