Overview

You only get one take

Events are unrepeatable, which makes coverage a planning problem rather than a shooting one. Missing the keynote because a battery died, or losing the audio because nobody patched into the sound desk, cannot be fixed afterwards at any price.

We plan camera positions against the run sheet, take audio from the desk with a backup recorder, and post the first social cut before guests have left the venue — then deliver the highlights film and full session recordings after.

What's included

Coverage plan & recce

Camera positions, lighting check and power mapped against the run sheet.

Multi-camera filming

Stage, audience and roaming cameras, synced and timecoded.

Clean stage audio

A feed from the sound desk plus an independent backup recorder.

Event photography

Speakers, guests, branding and the details sponsors ask to see.

Same-day social edits

Short vertical cuts delivered during or immediately after the event.

How we work

Plan the run sheet, cover every moment

  1. Recce

Visit the venue, agree positions and confirm power and audio access.

  2. Plan

Map the run sheet to crew, cameras and who covers what moment.

  3. Cover

Film and photograph the event with a producer tracking the schedule live.

  4. Turn around

Same-day clips first, then highlights film, sessions and photo selects.

What you get

  • Same-day social clips
  • Highlights film
  • Full session recordings
  • Retouched photo selection
  • Archived master footage

The outcome

Content that outlives the evening

Same-day clips while the event is still being talked about, a highlights film for next year's invitation, clean recordings of every session, and a photo set your PR and social teams can use for months.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can we post something?

A first vertical clip within two to three hours of the moment it covers, if we agree in advance what the priority moment is and who approves it.

Do you livestream as well?

Yes, to YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn or a private link, with a wired connection we test on site the day before rather than trusting venue wifi.

How many crew do we need?

Two cameras and one photographer covers most conferences and launches. Multi-room programmes or anything with a stage show need more, and we say so at the recce.

Can you handle the whole event, not just the filming?

Our event management team does exactly that — consultancy, creative strategy, on-ground coordination and PR — with coverage as one part of it.
