Concept & theme
The single idea, expressed in a line, that every decision is checked against.
The idea, the narrative and the design of the experience — theme, guest journey, stage, set, and every branded surface from the invitation to the exit.
Start a projectGuests remember a feeling and one or two moments, not your programme. Which means the creative work is not decoration — it is deciding what those moments are, and making sure everything from the invitation's wording to the lighting at the end supports the same idea.
We design the guest journey minute by minute, build the visual world around it, and specify it so suppliers can produce it. Most importantly, we design the moment people will photograph, because that is the reach the event actually buys.
The single idea, expressed in a line, that every decision is checked against.
Arrival, registration, seating, programme and exit, planned minute by minute.
Renders and production drawings, not mood boards.
Invitations, badges, signage, menus, gifts and screen graphics.
One designed set piece built to be photographed and posted.
Understand the brand, the audience and what last year's event got wrong.
Two creative routes, each shown as a guest journey rather than a look.
Develop the chosen route into renders, layouts and collateral.
Production drawings, dimensions and material specs for the suppliers.
A single creative idea carried across invitation, entrance, stage, set, signage and social — with the shareable moment designed on purpose rather than hoped for, and production drawings suppliers can build from.
Yes, on-ground coordination is a separate part of our event service. Some clients take the creative package and tender the production, which the specs are written to allow.
Eight to twelve weeks before the date for anything with built set pieces, because fabrication and printing lead times, not design, set the deadline.
Usually we must, and we design to their capabilities. Venue-imposed suppliers are one of the first things we check, because it changes what is buildable.
Both, and designed together — bilingual signage and invitations that were laid out as bilingual read very differently from ones with Arabic squeezed in at the end.

Tell us the audience and the feeling you want them to leave with. We will bring the idea.
