Overview

One idea, from the invitation to the goodbye

Guests remember a feeling and one or two moments, not your programme. Which means the creative work is not decoration — it is deciding what those moments are, and making sure everything from the invitation's wording to the lighting at the end supports the same idea.

We design the guest journey minute by minute, build the visual world around it, and specify it so suppliers can produce it. Most importantly, we design the moment people will photograph, because that is the reach the event actually buys.

What's included

Concept & theme

The single idea, expressed in a line, that every decision is checked against.

Guest journey design

Arrival, registration, seating, programme and exit, planned minute by minute.

Stage, set & lighting design

Renders and production drawings, not mood boards.

Branded collateral

Invitations, badges, signage, menus, gifts and screen graphics.

The shareable moment

One designed set piece built to be photographed and posted.

How we work

Idea, journey, design, spec

  1. Immerse

Understand the brand, the audience and what last year's event got wrong.

  2. Concept

Two creative routes, each shown as a guest journey rather than a look.

  3. Design

Develop the chosen route into renders, layouts and collateral.

  4. Specify

Production drawings, dimensions and material specs for the suppliers.

What you get

  • Creative concept deck
  • Minute-by-minute guest journey
  • Stage & set renders
  • Branded collateral designs
  • Production specification pack

The outcome

An event people describe accurately afterwards

A single creative idea carried across invitation, entrance, stage, set, signage and social — with the shareable moment designed on purpose rather than hoped for, and production drawings suppliers can build from.

Frequently asked questions

Do you produce the event as well?

Yes, on-ground coordination is a separate part of our event service. Some clients take the creative package and tender the production, which the specs are written to allow.

How early do you need to start?

Eight to twelve weeks before the date for anything with built set pieces, because fabrication and printing lead times, not design, set the deadline.

Can you work with the venue's own supplier list?

Usually we must, and we design to their capabilities. Venue-imposed suppliers are one of the first things we check, because it changes what is buildable.

Is the content in Arabic and English?

Both, and designed together — bilingual signage and invitations that were laid out as bilingual read very differently from ones with Arabic squeezed in at the end.
