Cancellation & Refund Policy

At nascode, we aim to provide professional, high-quality services across all projects and engagements. This policy explains our general approach to cancellations and refunds for services provided through our business.
 

Service Nature

Nascode provides creative, digital, technical, strategic, marketing, development, and related professional services. Because many of these services involve time, planning, production, resource allocation, and third-party commitments, cancellations and refunds are assessed based on the status of the work and the nature of the service involved.

Project Cancellations

A client may request to cancel a project or service at any stage by contacting nascode in writing. Once work has started, nascode reserves the right to charge for work performed, time allocated, resources committed, and any related costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed based on the circumstances of the specific project or service. Any approved refund, if applicable, may consider work already completed, operational costs, project commitments, and third-party expenses already incurred or committed.
 

Third Party Costs

Fees paid or committed to third party services, platforms, software providers, hosting services, advertising platforms, domains, licenses, APIs, media buying, printing, production, or similar external costs are generally non-refundable once purchased, activated, booked, committed, or incurred on the client’s behalf.
 

Completed or Delivered Work

No refund will generally be due for services already performed, completed phases, delivered items, approved deliverables, completed service periods, or work completed in line with the agreed scope, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Paused or Delayed Projects

If a project is paused, delayed, or affected by inactivity, nascode reserves the right to review the project status, fees, committed resources, project reactivation requirements, and availability before resuming work.
 

Separate Agreements

If a signed proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other written agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply in place of this general policy to the extent of any difference.
 

Changes to This Policy

Nascode may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
